Full Tang Valhalla Rising Damascus Steel Sword

Valhalla is a majestic, enormous hall located in Asgard, ruled over by the god Odin. Chosen by Odin, half of those who die in combat travel to Valhalla upon death. Were a Viking to fall in battle and the gods were to favor him, then his journey would be just beginning. The afterlife was waiting for all the brave Viking warriors and with this belief; these ancient fighters were free in battle. This beautiful warrior’s sword is made with a full tang construction with a Damascus steel blade in an ocean current pattern. The blade was tempered around 54 to 55 with 176 blade layers. It is made from 1095/15n20 alloy steel. It is not only eye catching but comes extremely sharp. This sword comes with a stainless steel pommel and guard in traditional Viking style. The etching on the hilt only adds to the extreme beauty of this blade. In the center of the guard and pommel is Auseklis “the morning star” with other decorative weaved designs. The handle is carved from bone and wood with brass spacers for premium quality. It has been contoured, stained, and sealed. This blade is perfect for stage combat or re-enactments.
