Custom Damascus Hunt For Lifeâ„¢ Ashbury Hunting Knife

This custom made hunting knife comes with a clip point Damascus steel blade. The materials that are forged to create the Damascus are 1095/15n20 alloy steel. It comes with a HRC of 54 to 55 with 176 blade layers. The pattern wielded on the blade is known as Twist. It is created by using a billet and forging it at high temperatures, hammering, and manipulating the metal. Artisans can create all types of beautiful patterns using this method. Damascus is not only renowned for its beauty but it is strength and ability to retain an edge. The handle is constructed from sheesham wood that has been stained Ashbury brown. The wood has been contoured for a comfortable grip. Both segments of wood are sandwiched in between sections of Damascus steel. The Damascus pommel is flat and great for hammering tent stakes and other items when you are out in the wild. Included is a handmade leather sheath that has been stained and tooled with a belt loop. For long lasting use it has been double stitched. It comes with a snap closure and the Hunt For Lifeâ„¢ brand on the front. This blade is beautiful, durable, and made from quality materials.
