Our well-made, modest, Suede Wine Berry Petite Belt Pouch is designed for carrying just your necessities like your keys, wallet and possibly cell phone. It features an intricately designed brass button and leather thongs for keeping it closed. Dying leather was done, but these appear to be limited to green, red, blue, black and brown. During the Middle Ages, as with today, they also seemed to think in terms of dying whole hides and skins, frequently in concert with the tannage or tawing process. This pouch is dyed the color of a rich red wine.
